(hereinafter also referred to as “the company”, “Bainro, s.r.o.” or “operator” in the relevant grammatical form) is the operator of information systems in which personal data of clients are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU ) no. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and within the scope of its business, it carries out the following activities:
- Production of computer, electronic and optical products
- Production of electrical equipment and electrical components
- Production of machines and equipment for general purposes
- Research and development in the field of natural, technical, social and humanities
- Repair of personal and household items
- Production and processing of simple metal products
- Intermediary activity in the field of trade, services, production
- Purchase of goods for the purpose of selling them to the final consumer (retail) or other business operators (wholesale)
- Freight road transport carried out by vehicles with a total weight of up to 3.5 t, including a trailer
- Computer services and services related to computer data processing
- Real estate rental associated with the provision of other than basic services related to the rental
- Engineering activity, construction pricing, design and construction of electrical equipment
- Informative testing, measurement, analysis and controls
- Advertising and marketing services, market research and public opinion

Users are understood as any person who browses the website www.bainro.sk and obtains information from it.
PRIVACY
The company Bainro, s.r.o. is the operator of information systems in which personal data of affected persons are processed in accordance with Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Act on the Protection of Personal Data”), as well as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). 2. The protection of your privacy when processing personal data is an important matter for us. We assure you that your personal data will be processed to the extent necessary, safely and professionally, and that there will be no leakage or other misuse. Personal data is processed only in the context of: administration, marketing, customer satisfaction survey, processing and provision of necessary and important information.
The operator is authorized to process personal data in the mentioned contexts only with the consent of the person concerned. The operator may not force or condition the consent of the person concerned by the threat of rejection of the contractual relationship, service, goods or obligation established for the operator by a legally binding act of the European Union, an international treaty to which the Slovak Republic is bound, or the law.
In particular, the operator is obliged to:
before starting the processing of personal data, define the purpose of processing personal data; the purpose of processing personal data must be clear, clearly and specifically defined and must be in accordance with the Constitution of the Slovak Republic, constitutional laws, laws and international treaties to which the Slovak Republic is bound,
determine the conditions of personal data processing in such a way as not to limit the right of the affected person established by law to obtain personal data exclusively for a defined or established purpose, it is inadmissible to obtain personal data under the pretext of another processing purpose or other activity,
to ensure that only such personal data are processed that their scope and content correspond to the purpose of their processing and are necessary to achieve it,
ensure that personal data is processed and used exclusively in a manner that corresponds to the purpose for which it was collected; it is inadmissible to combine personal data that were obtained separately for different purposes,
process only correct, complete and as necessary updated personal data in relation to the purpose of processing; the Operator is obliged to block incorrect and incomplete personal data and correct or supplement them without undue delay; incorrect and incomplete personal data that cannot be corrected or supplemented so that they are correct and complete, the Operator is obliged to clearly mark and dispose of them without undue delay,
to ensure that the collected personal data are processed in a form that enables the identification of the persons concerned for a period not longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing,
dispose of those personal data whose purpose of processing has ended; after the end of the purpose of processing, personal data may be further processed only to the necessary extent for historical research, scientific research and development or for statistical purposes. During the processing of personal data for the purposes according to the previous sentence, the Operator is obliged to mark and anonymize them.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, in order to implement adequate and effective protection of personal data processed in the operator’s information systems, the operator has adopted appropriate technical, organizational and personnel measures, which are contained in the operator’s relevant documentation
Information about affected persons (customers of the operator) (hereinafter referred to as “the affected person”) is processed by the operator in accordance with Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection as amended.
Data that the user fills in individual fields/calculation forms/tables are not stored anywhere and the operator has no access to them
Only true personal data can be provided to the information system. The person who provided them to the information system is responsible for the falsity of personal data.
The affected person can grant the operator consent according to the Personal Data Protection Act to the processing of his personal data listed in:
Contact form (at most in scope: first name, last name, e-mail address and phone number).
As part of its activity, the operator cooperates with mediators, advisers, programmers, accountants who, on the basis of concluded contracts, cooperate with the operator. provided.
The consent of the person concerned is any freely given explicit and understandable expression of will, by which the person concerned, on the basis of the information provided, expresses his consent to the processing of his personal data
The affected person grants freely and voluntarily to the operator:

by filling out and sending the contact form, she consents according to the Personal Data Protection Act to the processing of her personal data listed in the contact form for the purposes of:
1) sales support through:

information about offered services, products, news
2) an organized way of collecting and analyzing the data necessary to ensure the information necessary for deciding on a marketing strategy;
3) statistical information about customers;
4) reactions and evaluation of customers.

The operator processes the personal data of the affected persons separately. However, if in certain cases it is necessary to provide them to other entities – intermediaries, the operator strictly observes the following principles in this provision:
a) intermediaries act only within the framework of the operator’s instructions, which are specified in detail in the mediation agreement and which obligates intermediaries to the level of protection and security in the storage and processing of personal data by intermediaries in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act,
b) the operator provides only personal data that is absolutely necessary to reach the account

We assure you that all persons who come into contact with your personal data are instructed in the proper handling of personal data.
Instructions to the person concerned (user) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act:
The affected person (i.e. any natural person whose personal data is processed by the operator of the information system in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act) has the right, based on a written request, to demand from the operator:
confirmation of whether or not personal data about her are being processed;
in a generally comprehensible form, information about the processing of personal data in the information system in the scope of the operator’s identification data, the intermediary’s identification data, the purpose of personal data processing, a list of personal data and necessary additional information;
in a generally comprehensible form, precise information about the source from which he obtained her personal data for processing;
in a generally comprehensible form, a list of her personal data that is the subject of processing;
correction or disposal of your incorrect, incomplete or out-of-date personal data that is the subject of processing;
disposal of her personal data, the purpose of which has ended;
if the subject of processing is official documents containing personal data, he can request their return;
disposal of her personal data, which are the subject of processing, if there has been a violation of the Personal Data Protection Act;
blocking of her personal data due to withdrawal of consent before the expiration of its validity period, if the operator processes personal data based on the consent of the person concerned.
The affected person also has the right to object to the operator in writing against:
the processing of her personal data, which she assumes are or will be processed for direct marketing purposes without her consent, and to request their disposal;
using the name, surname, title and address for the purposes of direct marketing in postal communication;
providing name, surname, title and address for direct marketing purposes.
The person concerned also has the right to:
with the operator in writing or in person, if the matter cannot be delayed, to object to the processing of her personal data without her consent, even if the consent pursuant to § 10 par. 3 letters a), e), f) and g) of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data does not require, by stating legitimate reasons or presenting evidence of unauthorized interference with its rights and interests protected by law, which are or may be damaged in a specific case by such processing of personal data;
with the operator in writing or in person, if the matter cannot be delayed, to object and not comply with the operator’s decision, which would have legal effects or a significant impact for her, if such a decision is issued solely on the basis of automated processing of her personal data;
if you suspect that your personal data is being processed without authorization, submit a proposal to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic to initiate proceedings on personal data protection.
If the person concerned does not have full legal capacity, his rights can be exercised by a legal representative. If the person concerned is not alive, his/her rights, which he/she had under the Personal Data Protection Act, can be exercised by a close person.
As the person concerned does not have the obligation to provide his personal data to the operator, he is entitled to withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
The operator may not force or condition the consent of the person concerned by the threat of rejection of the contractual relationship, service, goods or obligation established by law.
The operator will process personal data manually and/or with the help of computer technology, through authorized persons.
The processing of personal data means the performance of any operations or a set of operations with personal data, including their acquisition, collection, dissemination, recording, arrangement, processing or change, search, browsing, rearrangement, combination, transfer, use, storage, blocking, disposal, their cross-border transfer, provision, access or publication. The operator is entitled to process personal data in any of the above ways, but is obliged to secure this data against misuse or damage in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

The personal data of the persons concerned are processed only during the time necessary for processing, taking into account the nature of the work performed by the persons concerned. After the end of such a period, all personal data stored in the information system are securely disposed of. Furthermore, the operator stores only those personal data that it is obliged to archive in accordance with the current legislation of the Slovak Republic. The operator is not responsible for the misuse of personal data by a third party who has access to this personal data without authorization.
Following the above, by filling out and sending the contact form, the person concerned declares that, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, he has been informed about the terms of processing of personal data by the operator, which are published on the website www.bainro.sk
